This is a dual-station gear laser marking machine, the two-station rotary table adopts a cam division mechanism, and the two stations are respectively equipped with gear positioning tools, and the safety grating successfully separates the marking station from the manual loading and loading station.

The light path assembly and the CCD visual positioning assembly are installed on the lifting column, and the distance between the marking head and the worktable is adjusted by manual module (or electric mode). After taking pictures of the worktable by CCD vision, marking the position coordinates of the marking machine computer, triggering the marking head for laser marking, and at the same time, the feeding position manually takes away the engraved worktable and re-clamps a new product.
